The daily rates are based on the seasons and the number of persons. Upon request, we’ll be happy to send you a personalised offer.

Local tax: The amount of this municipal tax is € 1.75 per person and per night. Children and adolescents under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax.

The prices include:

• Bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen towels
• Final cleaning (a surcharge applies for stays of less than four nights)
• Toddler equipment (cot and highchair)
• Play options for children (playground with trampoline, tree house, play room, table tennis, table football)
• Ski boot dryer and ski stand
• Bike rental (incl. helmets)

• Aromatic herbs from the garden (depending on availability)

• Mobilcard “Alpe di Siusi”

Mobilcard (free advantage card for guests)

The guest card is available free of charge when you stay here with us in the “Holiday Region Alpe di Siusi Live“. It allows you to be mobile and discover our area and South Tyrol by bus and train. The following services are included:

• All shuttle buses in the holiday region Alpe di Siusi (with the exception of lines 10 and 11)
• Regional trains in South Tyrol: from the Brennero Pass to Trento, from Malles Venosta to San Candido
• Local buses (city buses and intercity buses)
• Cable cars to Renon, Maranza, San Genesio, Moltena and Verano
• The Renon Tram and the funicular to the Mendola Pass
• Return trip by PostBus Switzerland between Malles and Müstair
• Discount on Combi Card, Nordic Pass and Alpe di Siusi Card Gold

The card is valid for seven days. Anyone who has booked a longer stay will receive a new card after seven days. The card is personal and non-transferable and must be validated every time you use public transport. The transport of dogs is not included, which is why you must pay a single ticket for your pet on the SAD buses (leash and muzzle are obligatory). Bicycle transportation is allowed in all public transport for a fee.

The shuttle buses in the holiday region Alpe di Siusi as well as the cable car Alpe di Siusi are free of charge for your pets (leash and muzzle are obligatory).

Services that are not included:

• Fresh bread service
• Internet access (W-LAN)
• Washing machine and ironing service

Pets

Your four-legged friends are welcome – upon request and at an additional cost. Please bring your own basket and blanket.

Arrival & Departure

On the day of arrival, your apartment will be ready starting from 2 p.m. One day before arrival, feel free to ask whether an earlier arrival is possible.

On the day of departure, we would like to ask you to free the apartment by 10 a.m. in order to ensure that the following guests can move in on time.

In high seasons, the apartments are preferably rented with arrival and departure on Saturdays or Sundays.

Bookings & Payment

The reservation is considered binding after written consent from both sides. We would like to inform you that when you make a booking, we charge a deposit of € 100.00 (per booked week) as the final booking confirmation.

The remaining invoice amount is paid on site, either in cash or by bank transfer (in advance). Payment with EC card, credit card or travellers’ checks is not possible.

Please note: The deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee in case you cancel your booking. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to avoid misunderstandings.

Cancellation policy

The booking of the apartment becomes binding with the payment of the deposit (booking security) and the sending of the booking confirmation from both parties.

Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 ZGB

In the case of a cancellation, we retain the deposit as a cancellation fee, which is not refundable.
For cancellations 30 days up to and including 15 days before the day of arrival, we charge 50% of the agreed total price.
For cancellations less than 15 days before the day of arrival, we charge 100% of the total price.
If the booked holiday apartment is not used in the agreed period without cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price.
If you shorten your planned stay, you will be charged for the entire booking period.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the costs for the remaining booking days will also be charged.

Cancellation insurance

Sometimes, things don’t go as planned, even during a vacation, so protect yourself with the “Red Rooster – Travel Cancellation Insurance“.
